What is it for?

A voucher code gives an advantage (discount, free shipping, gift, ...) to the Internet user.

Content

First, you need to create the voucher code in your CRM so that the proposed benefit can work for the Internet user. Then you can simply add this voucher code to your ads.

It is advisable to provide a voucher code that is advantageous and attractive to both publishers and users.

It is recommended to provide a promotional code that is attractive to both publishers and users.

Getting the ad by publishers

The publisher must get the new tracking link/new code with each new voucher code.

Provide a voucher code for 1 publisher only

Create an exclusive voucher code

It is possible to offer an exclusive code for a publisher in the framework of a specific partnership.

The publisher will be able to offer an advantageous code to its users for which sales/leads will be tracked thanks to the URL.

The exclusive code does not guarantee that it will only be used by the publisher you have chosen. Indeed, other sites could appropriate this code, which is why we recommend setting up the VoucherTAG©.

Creating a VoucherTAG©

The VoucherTAG© feature allows you to allocate a dedicated voucher code to a publisher and to remunerate him on the events (sales, leads) resulting from this promo code.

Advantages:

  • Allows you to track conversions on ads where publisher links are difficult to integrate such as: Instagram, Youtube, Snapchat

  • Allows you to track offline promotions and measure their effect on online sales

The publisher will be able to offer an advantageous code to its users for which the sales/leads will be tracked thanks to the use of the code itself.

Example:

  1. Marion sees the above post on Instagram, posted by our publisher A. 2 days later, she decides to take a look at the online shop and buys a nice pair of black heels using the code LY50.

→ THE SALE IS ATTRIBUTED TO THE PUBLISHER A

  1. Fred watches the Youtube video where our publisher A is promoting the brand and displays the same voucher code. Immediately, Fred goes to the online shop and opts for a pair of white sneakers using the code LY50 which he types in before validating his purchase.

→ THE SALE IS ATTRIBUTED TO THE PUBLISHER A

  1. Lea sees the post on Instagram and keeps the featured voucher code in mind. A week later, she goes to a shop in her neighbourhood and snaps up a pair of red boots using the code LY50.

→ THE SALE IS ATTRIBUTED TO THE PUBLISHER A

How to set it up?

  1. Make sure that the variable &argbr=CODEPROMO is added in the tracking tag

  2. Create the code in your CRM

  3. Alert your usual contact to activate the VoucherTAG© option in the Kwanko system (only the first time)

  4. Add the code in the same way as an exclusive voucher code by selecting the partner
